DIRECTIONS FOR USE INITIAL TREATMENT

  1. It is recommended to use Poppit Quick Fix at a rate of 60g/1000 litre prior to adding Poppit Sanitiser to the spa water.
  2. Use test strips to determine Calcium Hardness, pH and total Alkalinity level. Adjust levels to balance water. pH 7.2-7.6, total Alkalinity (60- 200ppm), Calcium Hardness (100-200ppm)
  3. Heat spa to desired temperature (26°C-36°C) for spas add 1 litre of Poppit Sanitiser per 1000L of spa water. This will take the sanitiser level greater than 150ppm. Swimming pools add 6.7 litres per 10,000 Litres.

REGULAR MAINTENANCE

  1. Treat spa with Poppit Quick Fix 30g/1000 Litres and filter for 4 hours.
  2. Adjust pH and Alkalinity levels to balance water.
  3. Directly before using spa, use Poppit Test Kit or Poppit Peroxide Test Strip to establish if additional Poppit Sanitiser is required. The level required for spas is 100ppm of hydrogen peroxide (see chart) and for swimming pools is 100ppm.
  4. Filter cartridges should be cleaned every week and spa pipes degreased prior to changing water. It is recommended for best results to use only Poppit brand products with Poppit Sanitiser.
